Our Story

All Peace Realty isn't a franchise or a corporate chain. We're a genuine community business: locally owned, locally operated, and deeply committed to the people and places that make this region home.

Real estate in the Peace Country has always been about relationships, not transactions. But somewhere along the way, the industry started treating people like numbers on a spreadsheet. We never bought into that.

We were always told that small-town brokerages can't compete with the big franchises.

The big brands have marketing budgets, national reach, and name recognition. But they don't have what we have: realtors who grew up on these roads, who know which quarter sections flood in spring, which neighbourhoods are up-and-coming, and which properties are actually worth the asking price. That kind of knowledge doesn't come from a training manual.

All Peace Realty opened its doors in 1992 and has been locally owned ever since. Every dollar we earn stays in this community.

We're a bit of a unique brokerage. Not your standard corporate real estate company.

We're 100% locally owned, profitable, and we keep our team lean. We offer services most brokerages don't, including auction services for properties that benefit from competitive bidding. Over three decades, our approach hasn't changed: honest advice, fair deals, and neighbours helping neighbours.

The team behind it all

Our realtors aren't just licensed professionals. They're your neighbours. Most were born and raised in the Peace Country, and they bring decades of combined experience across residential, commercial, rural, and agricultural real estate. They coach your kids' hockey teams, they volunteer at the fall fair, and they'll still answer your call years after closing day.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What areas does All Peace Realty serve?

We serve Beaverlodge and the entire Peace Country region, including Grande Prairie, Sexsmith, Hythe, Wembley, and surrounding rural communities. Our realtors have deep knowledge of both urban and rural properties across the area.

How long has All Peace Realty been in business?

All Peace Realty has been locally owned and operated since 1992. That's over three decades of serving the Peace Country, and in that time we've helped multiple generations of the same families buy and sell their homes.

Do you handle rural properties and acreages?

Absolutely. Rural real estate is one of our core specialties. Our team understands the complexities of acreages, quarter sections, and agricultural land, including water rights, zoning, access roads, and mineral rights.

What types of properties do you list?

We handle residential, commercial, rural, and agricultural properties. From starter homes in Beaverlodge to working farms and commercial lots, we have the expertise to guide you through any type of transaction.

How do I get started with buying or selling?

Simply reach out to us by phone, email, or through our contact page. We'll set up a no-pressure consultation to understand your needs, answer your questions, and outline the best path forward for your situation.

Do you offer auction services?

Yes! We offer auction services as an alternative to traditional listings. Most brokerages don't provide this option. For certain properties and markets, an auction can drive competitive bidding and deliver results that a standard listing simply can't match.
